Shipping Information
The Dawg Haus Pet Store only uses US suppliers and only ships to the continental United States at this time. We use US suppliers so that shipping times are as minimal as possible. When ordering products, there is ‘Processing Time’, and ‘Shipping Time’.
Terms:
Processing Time: 5-7 business days. While this time is 5 business days there may be circumstances where it could possibly be extended due to inventory.
Shipping Time: 8-14 business days. The Dawg Haus Pet Store does its best to get products shipped in a timely manner. There are, at times, circumstances beyond our control that could possibly extend the shipping times such as transportation, inventory fulfillment, etc.
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders from The Dawg Haus Pet Store have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.
Orders totaling over $50.00 will have free shipping.
In-store pickup
The Dawg Haus Pet Store does not offer an in-store pickup option
International Shipping
At this time, The Dawg Haus Pet Store does not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thedawghausstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
